Shipping Update - Locking Addresses and Charging Cards

Hey guys and gals. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, the card game will not arrive at our warehouse until after December 1st. This means we will not begin shipping orders until after Christmas to avoid the holiday rush, during which packages are at a much higher risk of being lost by the postal service.

Our current shipping partner operates differently from our previous one, requiring us to have everything prepared well in advance. As a result, we will be locking shipping addresses today, with a 48-hour notice. If you need to update your address after this period, please contact me, and I can make the update manually.

At this time, we do not have an exact shipping date, as our shipping partner is unable to provide one. However, shipping will occur after Christmas and may even extend into the new year. I will post another update as soon as I have more concrete details.

Shipping charges will be processed on or shortly after December 2nd. Unfortunately, holiday shipping rates will still apply at that time. I will post an update on the day we charge cards so you will be aware. If you have any questions, feel free to leave them in the comments below.

Please note that I will be traveling from November 27 to December 15 and again from December 22 to December 26. During these periods, my response times may be slower than usual.

Monthly Production Update

All Health Trackers have been manufactured and shipped to our warehouse. The tumblers are currently at the warehouse being repackaged for safer shipping. All paperback books were ordered today and should be on their way to the warehouse within 7 to 10 days. As of right now, we are just waiting on the dice sets and the game itself to finish the manufacturing process. It is still up in the air as to whether we will be shipping later this month or after Christmas, but the odds of shipping after Christmas are higher than not. This will still put us way ahead of our estimated delivery time. As always, I will post another update if anything changes between now and the end of the month. Production and Shipping Update

Hey guys and gals. I just wanted to post a quick update that everything is currently in manufacturing. We received the shipping rates for November and December, and since everything we're shipping is under 3 pounds, the increase in shipping costs won't be significant enough for us to wait until the next quarter.

That said, the biggest concern right now is the large number of packages that get lost by the post office during the holiday season. Blackbox, which is handling the shipping for this campaign, informed me that around 15% of all packages shipped in December end up getting lost in transit. Therefore, our current plan is that if everything arrives at the warehouse before the end of November, we will ship in late November. Otherwise, we will ship right after Christmas.

Of course, I will provide another production update on November 1st, as well as when we get closer to shipping. I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend!

Digital Files Delivery and Charging for Pre-Orders on Monday

All digital files were delivered today. If the PDF bundle of our TTRPG was included with your order, you should have received an email from DriveThruRPG with your codes. These codes should make the four books in the bundle all show up as $0. If they do not, contact DriveThruRPG, as this is a technical glitch on their end, and they can fix it for you. If you do not already have an account at DriveThruRPG, you may not have received the email. In this case, create an account on DriveThruRPG and then comment below or message me, and I can re-send the email. Also, please let me know if you have an account on DriveThruRPG and did not receive the email. I can send it again.

For those whose order included the 5e PDF bundle of our TTRPG, you can find a .zip with all files in the Digital Downloads section of your Backerkit account. We do not publish our 5e conversions on DriveThruRPG, so you will not be getting a link from them.

As the card game will be going into manufacturing on Monday, we will be charging for pre-orders on Monday. This only affects nine people, so the vast majority of you will not receive this notification, but I just wanted to make those who will be receiving it aware in advance.

Pre-Order Store Is Now Closed and Locking Orders

As we begin manufacturing the card game early next week, the pre-order store is now closed. We have also locked orders with a 48-hour window, which means you have 48 hours to make any modifications to your pledge. Please note that at this point, items can only be removed, not added, as the Health Trackers and Dice Sets are already in manufacturing.

We are currently looking at potentially delivering as early as mid-November. This will likely raise shipping costs, as it will fall within the holiday season shipping rates. Depending on how much costs increase, we may consider waiting to ship until after the holidays. Unfortunately, shipping rates won't drop again until February. Once everything is in our warehouse, we will assess current shipping rates, and if they are significantly different from what we originally projected, we will send out a poll allowing you to decide whether you'd like us to ship in November or February.
